THE DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURE AND CHARACTER

SC-1 Glass Tube Forming Machine is designed with the special advanced structure introduced from the similar equipment in the world. It is equipped with an advanced control system. The high technical process and assemble assures the forming machine to be stable and reliable when it is operating.
The material of mandrel shaft, metal head and gland is used with a special antiheat alloy steel that can be against the higher temperature and oxygenation.
Such metrical can postponed its using life. The mandrel shaft has its own centralizer that is with a high accuracy and easy to mount.
For mandrel shaft's inclined angle adjustment, it has a scale to indicate the angle degree. With it, machine can be easy to move forth & back, left & right and up & down. If power supply is shut off by accident, the manual operation would be used to protect the mandrel shaft from damage. The forming machine has an inverter with a higher accuracy and a digital indicator to show RPM of mandrel shaft that can help operators to operate correct and easier.
The Forming Machine enables to use various diameters of sleeve and metal head to satisfy the different requirement of customers for different glass tube sizes and output of production.
