J5015 Vertical Inner Circle Large Slicer

1. Purpose: 

Same as the cutting of brittle and hard materials such as semiconductor materials, crystals, glass, ceramics, gemstones, and rare earth magnetic materials.

Features:

1. The vertical spindle structure adopts precision rolling bearings. The spindle has high running precision, strong rigidity and long service life.

2. X-axis (cutting lateral movement) adopts precision linear guide rail and AC servo system, with wide speed range and good low-speed performance, meeting the requirements of different cutting materials.

3. Z axis (feeding longitudinal movement) adopts precision Taiwan linear guide rail plus precision ball screw and AC servo system to ensure the stability and precision of the system.

4. The inverter controls the spindle motor, which ensures smooth start and stable operation. 

5. It adopts a color touch screen, and the operation screen is displayed in Chinese and English, which is flexible in operation and suitable for humanized management.

6. PLC programming controller can increase the reliability of the system.
