THE DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURE AND CHARACTER

SC glass pulling machine is designed and made by Shanghai Corning Engineering Corporation with an advanced technology of Coming. The machine is with pulling and cutting functions. It is a driving equipment for pulling melting glass to be a tube with Danner method in the glass filed.
The pulling machine is consisted of (1)a pulling system with an inverter to adjust speed, (2)an adjusting pressure system for ifting an air cylinder(3) a tube self-rotation system by means of adjusting angle(4) a cutting system with an inverter to adjust cutting speed, and (5)an adjusting system for water and air in the Tines, as well as (6)the measurement devices with laser and(7)the auto-sorting system.
During pulling process, the glass tubes can be slowly rotated and go toward a straight direction so as to ensure the roundness and lineageof glass tubes.
The laser device can measure and control the outer diameter of tube and auto-sorting. All the fumctions of pulling, cutting, measuring and sorting are executed by automatic operation.
