Inspection Method:
1. First check whether there is a relay pull-in, if there is a relay pull-in and release with the wire drum switch, then check the three-phase power line, whether the wire drum motor is two-phase, whether the fuse is broken, whether the relay contact is intact, etc.
2. If there is no relay pull-in, it means that there is a problem with the relay control circuit. The related components include a. wire drum switch button b. machine tool emergency stop button c. wire drum stroke switch, etc. Special attention should be paid to the fact that our company’s products also have an emergency stop button on the controller. If this button is pressed, the machine tool wire drum cannot be opened. In addition, there is a limit switch on the machine tool electrical board, which can only be pushed by the machine tool electrical board. 2. The wire drum does not change direction
Inspection Method:
The reversing of the wire drum involves the wire drum travel switch and two (or one) relays in the machine tool electrical appliances. In general, the travel switch is more likely to be damaged, as long as the travel switch is sufficient. Note that the top two of the travel switches are wire drums. For reversing, the third is for reversing high frequency (some models do not have it), and the fourth is for shutdown switch. back to top

Inspection Method:
1. The machine tool of our company is equipped with a broken wire shutdown function. To press the water pump switch (or high frequency switch), the molybdenum wire must be threaded first.
2. The broken wire shutdown line is connected to a guide seat, the guide must be a metal guide, if the wire is broken or the guide wheel is replaced with a ceramic guide wheel, it will not work.
3. The broken wire shutdown board is on the electrical board of the machine tool, and there are two triodes on the board, which are generally easy to break, and can be replaced according to the model.

4. The X and Y carriages (or U and V carriages) of the machine tool are out of step
Inspection Method:
1. This situation is generally caused by the low 24V power supply of the stepping motor. Check whether the 10000uf electrolytic capacitor has failed, and whether there is a problem with the 24V bridge stack rectification.
2. If the external power supply is too low, it will also cause out of step. Check whether the power supply of the controller is normal, and consider installing a 220V voltage regulator.

5. A certain carriage of the machine tool loses step or shakes and does not move
Inspection Method:
1. Swap the ring drive board to determine whether it is a problem with the drive board. If there is a problem with the drive board, it is generally because the 3DD 15A or 3DK106B on the board is broken.
2. Observe the indicator light of the stepping motor on the single-board computer. There are three lights in one direction, and they flash alternately during operation. If one light is always on or off, it means that there is a problem with the single-board computer. Check the interface board 3DK2B or 74LS08 piece or the PIO piece of the single-board computer Is it damaged.
3. There is a row of enamel resistors at the bottom of the controller, which are current-limiting resistors for the stepping motor. If a resistor is broken or the wiring head is not in good contact, it will also cause out of step or non-walking.

Six, no high frequency
Inspection Method:
1. Whether the high-frequency power supply has been energized, there is a relay in the high-frequency to change the direction of the wire drum, or there is a check button on the high-frequency power supply of some machine tools to check whether there is a problem with the high-frequency, first check the oscillation board, the drive board is working Whether the voltage is normal, if it is not normal, there is a problem with the power board. Generally, there are several groups of high-frequency drive boards that can be swapped to judge whether it is good or bad.
2. The reversing relay has a group of normally closed contacts connected in series in the high-frequency control circuit. If it is not good, there will be no high frequency. Some machine tools have a special reversing high-frequency switch. Check it.
3. There is a 3DK106 B on the single-board computer interface board for high-frequency output control, check whether it is damaged. return
Question seven
Seven, manual walking, automatic non-walking
Inspection Method:
1. First of all, judge whether there is high frequency or not. Let the workpiece touch the molybdenum wire. If there is spark, it means that there is no problem with high frequency. If there is no spark, it means there is no high frequency. Refer to the above solution.
2. There are two lead wires at the clamping workpiece, the thick one is high voltage (that is, high-frequency output), and the thin one is the sampling input line. If this line is broken, it will not go away automatically.
3. There is a potentiometer for automatic frequency conversion, which is usually on the panel of the machine tool to check whether it is disconnected or damaged.
4. The easily damaged components on the sampling board include 2CW120, T1L117, etc., check them.
